My approach is different from traditional mindset coaching or talk therapy.
Rather than trying to create change through thoughts alone, we work through the body and breath.
The way we breathe reflects the state of our nervous system and this influences how we experience life. Stress, overwhelm, past experiences and protective patterns shape our thoughts, emotions, reactions, and perception of ourselves and others.
By working with the body and breath to create more safety, awareness, and emotional capacity, we begin to see lasting changes in both our mindset, body and the way we move through life.
