12-Week 1:1 Online & In-Person Journey

This journey combines Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork, nervous system support, and somatic practices to help you understand and shift deeper emotional patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change.

Together, we create space to better understand yourself, your emotional patterns, and new ways of responding to life and relationships.

The Journey

We begin by understanding where you currently are and exploring the emotional patterns, reactions, and coping strategies that may be shaping your relationships, behaviours, and experience of yourself.

We focus on:

  1. Nervous System understanding - We explore how past experiences may still be shaping the way you respond to stress, emotions, relationships, and daily life.

    Through greater awareness of these patterns and nervous system responses, we begin creating more space for conscious choices, healthier boundaries, and new ways of relating.

  2. Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork - Supports you in accessing the deeper emotional patterns and beliefs that may be unconsciously shaping your behaviours, relationships, and experience of life.

    By bringing awareness and safety to these patterns through the body and nervous system, we create the conditions for emotional release, greater resilience, and new ways of responding to yourself, your emotions, and your life.

  3. Somatic Practices - Through somatic practices, we build a stronger relationship with the body and its signals, allowing you to recognise emotional responses earlier, before they become overwhelming.

    This creates more space between trigger and reaction, supporting calmer responses, healthier boundaries, and greater emotional resilience.

  4. Integration into daily life - We focus on empowering you with greater emotional awareness, nervous system understanding, and practical tools that support healthier boundaries, more conscious responses, and lasting change in daily life and relationships.

  • 1 × 90-minute opening session - A deeper initial session to explore your current emotional patterns, nervous system responses, relationship dynamics, and intentions for the journey.

  • 4 × 90-minute Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork sessions

    These sessions are focused on emotional processing and exploring the unconscious emotional patterns that may be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and relate.

  • 6 × 45–60 minute integration & nervous system sessions

    Focused on emotional integration, nervous system support, somatic practices, boundaries, self-awareness, and creating new ways of responding in daily life and relationships.

  • Ongoing support between sessions
