What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a simple but powerful way to work directly with your body and nervous system.

Breathwork, in this context, refers to conscious connected breathing, where the breath flows in a continuous rhythm without pauses. Your breath is directly linked to your nervous system.

The way you breathe influences how you feel. By changing your breathing pattern, you can shift your state, support regulation, and access what is held in the body.

I offer transformational breathwork, combining conscious connected breathing with body-based practices. This work supports the release of tension in the body and allows for deeper shifts, while staying grounded, safe, and integrated.

It can support reducing stress and tension, improving awareness of your internal state, processing emotions, increasing energy and clarity, and building resilience.

    A guided 60-minute session to support your nervous system, release stored energy, and create more space within yourself.

    These sessions are trauma-informed and paced with care. We begin with a short introduction and check-in, followed by an hour of breath practice including integration. This is your time to feel, release, and return to your center with support and care.

    1:1 Transformational Breathwork

    A 2 hour session held at my studio in Zurich, offering a deeper, more immersive space for self-connection

    We begin with a gentle check-in, followed by movement, guided breathwork, and integration. These sessions are trauma-informed and paced with care, offering space to meet yourself where you are and explore what’s ready to shift.

    After the initial sessions, these shorter sessions offer a space to stay connected to your body and breath on a more regular basis.
