The body is not a thing—it’s a process, a living unfolding. You can’t think your way into it. You feel your way there.

Why Yoga?

Because life can pull us away from ourselves, into stress, doing, and roles. Yoga offers a way back.

It is a practice of awareness and connection, a way to slow down, breathe, and move from the inside out with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your body's rhythm.

The Heart of My Practice

The yoga I teach is grounded in the wisdom of Tantric Hatha Yoga and draws inspiration from the Sri Vidya and Kashmir Shaivism traditions. These teachings encourage us to view the body as sacred—not as something to fix or control, but as a living expression of consciousness.

We are reminded that there is nothing beyond us to transcend; rather, we are encouraged to remember that we are already whole.

The practice focuses on cultivating presence, energy awareness, and inner alignment. Through breath, movement, and attention, we explore stillness and flow, creating space for a deeper connection to life itself.

This approach is also informed by somatic principles and embodied awareness. It honors your unique experience in the moment so that the practice becomes less about performance and more about integration and aliveness.
