Hi, I’m Erica
I am a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic coach.
I know what it’s like to understand your patterns intellectually, yet still feel caught in them.
For years, I explored my own inner patterns and the ways they showed up in my life and relationships. Everything made sense, but nothing was changing.
The deeper shift began when I started exploring my relationship with the body. I realized many of the patterns I was trying to think my way out of were also held physically within me.
Over time, I came to understand that awareness alone wasn’t enough, change also needed to happen through the body.
Today, I share the practices that supported me in creating more resilience, self-awareness, and embodied change.
Smarana means remembrance — a remembering of what has always been beneath the patterns, protection, and noise.
Through breathwork and somatic practices, I offer grounded support for people wanting to move beyond intellectual understanding and into a more embodied experience of themselves.
