I know what it feels like to carry anxiety, fear, and doubt — I’ve been there too.
Through my own journey of self-inquiry, breathwork, and understanding myself through the lens of the nervous system, I’ve begun to slowly remember who I truly am. I’ve learned that those feelings are part of the human experience, but they do not define us.
Smarana is a Sanskrit word meaning “remembrance” — a return to what you already know and are, deep inside.
Smarana Path is where I meet you on your journey. I’m not here to lead or fix you, because you are already whole. My role is to walk alongside you and support you as you reconnect with that truth.
I believe the path back to ourselves begins in the body. My work is rooted in trauma-informed practices and nervous system regulation, with a strong focus on somatic healing, because the body holds our stories, even when the mind forgets.
Above all, I bring presence, empathy, and deep respect to this work.
